Alecia Beth Moore, also known as P!nk, performed at the American Airlines Center on Tuesday, May 1 and Wednesday, May 2 to an almost full arena. In October of 2017, she announced her Beautiful Trauma world tour soon after her hit song “What About Us” was released. With P!nk’s deep and emotional songs, she makes her fans crave more and more.

The Beautiful Trauma tour started its journey at the Talking Stick Resort Arena in Phoenix, Arizona on March 1, 2018. Followed by 82 more shows, it is expected to end the United States’ part of the tour on June 1 in Inglewood, California at The Forum. Dallas, the 32nd show of the tour, provided the audience with bright colors, funny cartoons and P!nk flying high in the air. Concert goers had an amazing time watching what crazy and unique prop was going to come out next.

American Airlines opened its doors to the crowd at 6 p.m., letting attendees explore the merchandise, grab food and drinks, find their seats and have fun socializing before the show began. A few minutes after 7:30, the show started with Kid Cut Up. He played until shortly after 8:30, hyping up the crowd with remixes of songs from the ‘80s and ‘90s. Soon after he left, P!nk kicked off the concert with her song “Get the Party Started” while on a chandelier hanging above the stage in a shiny jumpsuit. Doing flips on and off the chandelier, P!nk made the crowd go wild with excitement as she had fun dancing and singing all over the stage.

Singing seven out of the 13 songs on her “Beautiful Trauma” album including “Beautiful Trauma” and her hit song “What About Us,” P!nk gave everyone a glimpse of her wild imagination through her props and outfits. Throwing in songs from other artists like “Just a Girl” by No Doubt and “Smells Like Teen Spirit” by Nirvana, she left the crowd singing and dancing the whole time.

Throughout the concert, P!nk made time to introduce her band and dancers to the crowd and thank them for everything they have done for her. Singing the entire time with little to no breaks, P!nk surprised her crowd with a funny but gruesome clay cartoon and a giant 50 foot blow up of Eminem for her song “Revenge.” During the song, she straps herself to wires and knocks down the blow up with a karate kick to the face.

Hitting every high note thrown her way, P!nk ended her concert with “Glitter in the Air” and a crowd craving more. With a stellar performance, no one wanted it to end. The audience sang and danced with P!nk the entire time never wanting the music to stop.
