Q: What extracurriculars have you been involved in throughout high school?

A: “I’ve been involved in orchestra, choir, HOSA, Interact Club, NHS and Chin club.”

A: “Time management because that’s what I really struggle with.”

Q: What class was the most challenging for you? Why?

A: “I’m a math person. I love math, but pre-calculus is a whole different level. It actually challenged me to study and do my work since it’s a lot of topics I hadn’t really done yet; it was really hard for me.”

Q: Who has helped you the most throughout these last four years? How have they helped you?

A: “Mr. Zauner because I’ve been in orchestra throughout all my [high school] years. He just really helped me overall with his stories, making class fun, and also, he is a really big support in my life.”

Q: What has been the most memorable part of high school?

A: “When I performed a solo for orchestra, and I took the time to really hear my solo, it sounded just like the recording I [had] been listening to.”

Q: What advice would you give to your freshman self?

A: “Get involved and don’t miss out on opportunities because those opportunities will help you not only with high school life and college life, but they’ll also help you determine where you want to go and determine your pathway.”

Q: What are you most excited about regarding college?

A: “Meeting all of the new people, especially since it will be a new environment for me. I’m excited to meet all the people I will be encountering, and basically living a new life.

Q: Where do you hope to see yourself in 10 years?

A: “I hope to see myself in other parts of the world because that’s where my aspirations come from where I [hope to] do a lot of service and humanitarian efforts throughout the world.”

Q: What would you change about your high school experience?

A: “I’d stay in choir because choir was really fun, but since Mrs. Windle [left], I don’t think I would have stayed in choir. But it was really fun.”
