The Halloween carnival will be held in the cafeteria and in the B and C gyms on Wednesday, Oct. 28 from 6-8:30 p.m. All ages are invited.

“We should be having the same type of carnival as last year,” StuCo adviser Allison Stamey said. “Just a few extra games that we haven’t had before. Last year was so successful that we’re pretty much just doing the same thing.”

New clubs and organizations have decided to contribute this year, but as always there will be a petting zoo, cake walk, blow up obstacle course, blow up slide and a variety of different throwing games. Everyone is invited to wear their Halloween costumes to really get into the Halloween spirit.

“I love seeing all the kids having so much fun,” senior Megan Fritz said. “They get so excited.

All the profits go to the individual booths each club will be running.

“This will not be a huge money maker for some of the clubs,” Stamey said. “It’s mostly a community service type thing.”

This will be the 10th annual Halloween carnival. It’s fun to see new faces every year to keep the tradition going and create memories for everyone.

“For me the best thing is [the] 10 years of watching the community come together and all ages, from babies in strollers to high school kids, having fun together,” Stamey said.
